It all started in 1990

Back in 1990, Ray Salti, Pepperoni’s founder and his family opened the first Pepperoni’s with a commitment to serving New York Style pizzas made from the highest quality ingredients while making a positive contribution to the community.

Our commitment to quality starts in the field.  Ray Salti, Pepperoni’s founder and Rob DiNapoli, president of DiNapoli Brand Tomatoes (pictured above) collaborate to grow and harvest premium California tomatoes for Pepperoni’s signature sauces. Passion for quality ingredients doesn’t end there, we also source dough made from untreated flour, never bleached or bromated. We build partnerships with trusted brands to bring gluten-free and vegan options, we offer fresh innovative salads, juicy buffalo wings, and delicious desserts.
